Job DetailsWe are seeking a Title Attorney with at least 2 years of residential real estate experience to join our Charlotte office.
Requirements:
- Complete title reviews as assigned
- Review legal docs to ensure compliance with state laws
- Address title curative matters and resolve issues
- Prepare preliminary and final title opinion statements
- Handle a high volume of transactions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the North Carolina bar. South Carolina admission is a bonus.
- 2+ years of experience with residential real estate title review.
- Experience addressing curative title matters.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
