Shipping Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders following established operational and customer-specific requirements.

• Verify serial numbers, part numbers, and quantities prior to shipment.

• Accurately scan and process shipments using SSC, SAP, or other shipping/ERP systems.

• Coordinate with provisioning, etching, returns, and other internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of completed orders.

• Generate and apply shipping labels (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or freight carriers) and maintain accurate tracking documentation.

• Support inbound and outbound freight audits and assist in resolving shipping discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with 5S and company safety standards.

• Assist with cycle counts, stock verification, and overall inventory accuracy.

• Communicate delays, damages, or shipment exceptions to leadership promptly.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping accuracy, speed, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics (technology or manufacturing environments preferred).

• Experience using shipping platforms such as FedEx Ship Manager or UPS WorldShip.

• Familiarity with SAP, SSC, or other ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
