We are a geotechnical engineering firm working in NJ, NY, CY, PA
Our core services:
1- Geotechnical investigation
2- Stormwater management investigation
3- Deep foundation design
4- Slope stability analysis
5- Rock fall protection design
6- Waterproofing design
7- Support of excavation designs
8- Underpinning designs
9- Site soils improvement programs design.
10- Etc. as it relates to geotechnical aspects of design
11- Construction inspection only where we are the EOR and only for the above items
12- Pre-construction conditions survey
13- Vibration and optical monitoring

Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Conduct subsurface investigations, including fieldwork (drill borings, in-situ testing, sampling) and lab evaluation of soil and rock properties
- Perform geotechnical analyses and foundation design, addressing bearing capacity, settlement, slope stability, earth retention, underpinning, and deep foundations
- Provide value engineering support, offering cost-effective foundation alternatives and innovative design solutions
- Support construction monitoring, quality control and contractor liaison during site operations
- Prepare technical reports and design documentation, including boring logs, geotechnical reports, design recommendations, and contractor guidance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: geologists, civil engineers, architects, developers, and public agency representatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred); ability to pursue a Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Demonstrated technical expertise in geotechnical engineering, strong analytical and excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Willingness for field work and construction phase involvement, plus basic familiarity with geotechnical testing and analysis tools
